陽陽餅鋪 (Yang Yang) is the gathering of a collection of traditional Chinese cookies and pastries recipes from the Yang family passed down through the generations.
Originating from Fujian, China, these recipes were first used for whipping out the best snacks for visiting dignitaries and guests.
Members of the Yang family had immigrated to South East Asia during the China’s Cultural Revolution to escape chaos. In the past 50 years, the recipes continued to be used to produce delicious home-made pastries for family and friends.
Today, the descendants of the Yang family have painstakingly perfected the recipes for mass production, preserving the highest levels of quality and freshness in the delicious cookies and pastries and retaining the home-made flavour of the pastries.
